Video Transcript of Live Group Quantum Healing Session
This is a video transcript of a live session hosted for for individuals who have endured the effects of narcissistic relationships. The patterns experienced by survivors of narcissistic abuse are often strikingly similar. Narcissists have a way of doing two things exceptionally well: destabilizing your nervous system and manipulating emotions. Over time, these patterns create a profound lack of safety in the body, leading to a sense of disconnection from your higher self. During our session, we addressed the protective mechanisms that survivors often develop to cope with these destabilizing experiences. Narcissistic relationships tend to block the root chakra, our center of grounding and safety. By healing this energy center, participants were able to reconnect to a sense of safety in their bodies and create space for their higher selves to guide them more fully. With this healing our intuition strengthens.
Within this session we targeted the wounding in the participants by healing energetic wounds, beliefs within the subconscious mind and cutting the energetic cords to the narcissistic people. The session showed how the narcissist destabilized the participants and these wounds have to be restored with a feeling of safety within the body. The chronic feeling of walking on eggshells or the feeling of unease creates a lack of safety that affects the energetic body, the root chakra. Within this session we restore the feeling of being grounded and we released stuck emotions in a surrender towards the higher self.
In the second part of the session, we focused on restoring the divine masculine energy—the aspect of our inner self that establishes healthy boundaries. Many survivors find boundary-setting challenging after enduring toxic relationship patterns. Through energetic transmission, we introduced the pattern of divine union, where both feminine and masculine energies work together harmoniously. Strengthening the ability to set boundaries protects the divine feminine within, creating a balance that nurtures resilience and empowerment.
