This has been a very important meditation on my own journey. My body kept screaming at my with some allergies, with tension in my shoulder and some other reoccuring ailments, minor but they kept coming back. This was my body wanting to show me my energetic disbalances. The moment I have healed the underlying energetic disbalance, the body returned to health and wellbeing.
