We all experience these states to an extent in our lives and we cannot escape them. However, we can rise above these temporary feelings in order to live our best selves, to love without fear and to live from our joy and to speak our truth. Belief systems that are based upon shame, fear of abandonment etc. hinder you expression.
 
The unfortunate truth is the belief system of fear of abandonment leads to self-abandonment. In order for you to fit in, you abandon yourself. In order to avoid shame, being shamed, you create a mask and live off this, hindering intimacy and true connection. If you experienced humuliation, you might want to revenge because it affected you dignity, it affected your soul.
